The ITES 2S contract, is an Army IT performance-based ID/IQ contract lead by the Army's Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS), and managed by PEO EIS's Army Small Computer Program (ASCP). As ITES Task Orders are released, each of sixteen prime contract holders may bid on the task; providing alternative technical solutions, competitive bids and best value solutions for the government.
